  A: It's depending on the registrar. It usually takes between 1 to 24 hours for the domain get fully resolve.
•  Will you give us the temporary web address before our domain name resolve?
  A: Before your domain name resolve, we will give you the temporary web address so you can test or setup the account before your domain name fully register or transfer to us.
•  What kind of connection does 328Tech.com have for the Internet backbone?

•  Can i create database for my website?
  A: Yes, you can use MySQL database. You can create and manage database from the control panel
•  Can I run CGI script on my web server?
  A: Yes you can. The web hosting account comes with personal cgi-bin directory.
•  Can I run any crontab or cron-job on the web hosting account?
  A: We can setup your web hosting account in less then 30 minutes after we have receive your payment or credit card has been verified.
•  How long does it take for my web address working?
  A: Yes, you can. You can setup the crontab from the web control panel
•  Will you give us the temporary web address before our domain name resolve?

•  Can I have telnet or SSH access on the web hosting account?
  A: For the security reason, we do not allow customer to use SSH access to our web server. However, you can really need SSH access and we can set you up on the server which allow SSH access.

  A: Yes, our servers support Microsoft FrontPage extension for all versions.
•  Does 328Tech.com server support ASP?
  328Tech.com servers support Apache-ASP. Our server doesn't support ASP.net
•  Does RisingNet have backup all my datas?
  A: We have automatic network remote backup system which save all of your data on the backup server. It is running daily
•  Can I manage my DNS zone files such as creating CNAME, IP POINT and MX record?

  A: Yes, you can. The Anonymous FTP only come with Basic and Deluxe web hosting account.
•  What is domain Aliases and domain parking?
  A: The domain aliases or domain parking let you setup alternative domains
  which act as nicknames for websites or e-mail addresses.
  You can have as many domain alias as you want or park as many domain as you want in one account.
